The homeowners bought this home with an unfinished lower level and big hopes to make it their own. With a large unfinished space, we were able to collaborate with vendors to give them a luxurious, custom, and comfortable space to relax and entertain in. This basement has access to great natural lighting that was used to brighten each new room beautifully.
When a project begins with only studs and insulation, it opens up a lot of possibilities for how the space can be used. This remodel incorporated a living space, a mudroom, bathroom, and bedroom, as well as plenty of storage.
