Often, a 120-year-old condo building will present challenges. Although this was our second bathroom in this building, old spaces always present surprises. Luckily, with some creativity, we championed the issues to create a beautiful bathroom remodel for our client.
The owner requested a larger walk-in shower with more vanity space. Modernizing this space took a bit of reorganizing the placement of fixtures, as well as updating the fit and finish of new materials.
