Mission
Rascher & Co. was started in 2019 by Tim Rascher. Tim worked for his family’s residential plumbing and heating business where his parents taught him how to use power tools and run a small business. Through this hands-on experience, Tim decided to pursue a career in the construction industry. However, his passion for residential construction has always been part of his identity.
Tim attained a degree in Construction at UW-Stout. During his time at Stout, Tim discovered how his background in plumbing and heating fit into the entire construction process. Throughout his education, Tim discovered that he enjoyed the holistic view of a project that general contracting provided.
Working as a General Contractor enables Tim to pour his heart and talents into every project. After working for a custom residential construction company for four years, Tim decided to make the jump and start his own company in 2019.
Tim and his wife, Julia, reside in Saint Paul with their energetic golden retriever, Sadie.
Our Projects
Homes in the Midwest deserve more recognition for their beauty and unique functionality. Minnesota homes are built to last. They require exteriors that can weather four seasons. The thoughtful designs have ways to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the bitterly cold winters. Most importantly, a home in this area truly needs to make being indoors both functional and comfortable. Take a look at some of our show stopping work in the Saint Paul area.
