Tim Rascher grew up in the homebuilding industry while working for his family’s residential plumbing and heating business. During that time, Tim realized his passion for residential construction and also got to see what it takes to run a small business.
Tim pursued a degree in Construction Management at UW-Stout, where he explored all areas of residential construction. While there, he realized how much he enjoyed working on projects as a whole, which led him to pursuing general contracting.
After working for a residential builder in Minneapolis for four years, Tim decided to make the jump in 2019 and start his own company - Rascher & Co. The Rascher & Co. team works on remodels, additions, and new construction homes in the Twin Cities area.
As a General Contractor, Tim assembles the best vendors in the industry to provide quality craftsmanship to every home. He believes in developing relationships with clients and vendors in order to create a collaborative environment for everyone involved.
Tim’s favorite part of his job is watching a project unfold while also developing a close relationship with the clients. He loves getting to see a client see their completed home for the first time!
Tim and his wife, Julia, reside in Saint Paul with their energetic golden retriever, Sadie.
Brandon Edwardson, Project Manager at Rascher & Co., is Tim’s right hand man and a key member of the team. The two have worked in the industry together since 2017, and Brandon officially joined the Rascher & Co. team in 2021.
While growing up, Brandon’s family either built or remodeled every home they lived in. Construction was ingrained in him from an early age without him even knowing it. Brandon’s interest and love for construction grew during this time, and he’s enjoyed building and remodeling ever since.
Brandon is dependable, hard-working, easy going, funny, and a problem solver! He connects well to each client, and some clients even joke that Brandon becomes an adopted family member of theirs by the end of the project. According to Tim, Brandon is one in a million and simply irreplaceable. The Rascher & Co. team would not be the same without him.
Brandon’s favorite part of working for Rascher & Co. is getting to know the clients and experiencing their excitement at the end of a project!
